Elizabeth Arden chose to review their distribution network in Europe. As an initial investigation, Logistics Simulation conducted a centre of gravity study for a single DC, based on number of pallets moved and how far those pallets are travel to and from theoretical DC locations. A review of the lead times was then made from various favourable locations.
